Description:The Sales Associate is responsible for generating sales from small employers (1-500 employees) through Brokers or other means. You will support Regional Sales Directors and conduct open enrollment meetings as well as assisting with marketing campaigns as needed. You’ll have the opportunity to build relationships and add to the HealthEquity brand by delivering extraordinary service to our clients and brokers.
Duties:High Level Overview of “Right” Candidate:
The ideal Sales Associate will have healthcare and broker sales experience. You will have a proven track record of generating results consistently by following sales process and creative problem-solving. You will be results oriented and driven to create value for customers.

Qualifications:Experience/Requirements:
• 2-5 years of sales experience
• Documented history of sales success over the phone and face to face
• Health, group life, disability or ancillary insurance products sales experience preferred
• Relationships with brokers and general managing agents in key markets preferred
• CDHP and HSA knowledge and experience preferred
• Received and applied formal sales training
• Student of the industry and strong desire for ongoing learning
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
• Strong computer skills, i.e. working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Power Point, Excel and Access
